Direct Billing

Do you require Direct Billing to your insurer for massage benefits? Our clinic is happy to request payment from the insurers listed here we recommend checking with your benefits provider for answers to any questions / details. Ex. some insurers require  a doctors note before you're eligible for massage reimbursement.  If your in​surance company is unable to provide a proper acknowledgment of your coverage/ claim at the time of your appointment, the client is still required to pay for their massage service prior to leaving the clinic and given a receipt to send into your benefits independently. 


Our clinic has an amazing team of practitioners on site to answer calls and emails. At times we may all be in treatment with a client, be sure to leave us a voicemail or email so we can get in touch with you as quickly as possible!

Note: Due to Covid-19 we are now having clients wait in their vehicles until their practitioner calls them up to the clinic. New clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment to fill out the health history form, while existing clients can show up 5 minutes prior to their appointment. If your appointment time comes with no call, feel free to call up to our clinic at 780-484-0401.

Cancellation policy

Need to reschedule your appointment? - No problem. Please kindly provide 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice results in:

New clients - 100% of service booked.

Existing client - 50% of the service booked.

Feeling ill / Covid Pre-screening

Please reschedule your appointment if you aren't feeling well / are experiencing any cold / flu symptoms such as:

  • fever, chills
  • cough, difficulty breathing
  • sore throat / swollen glands
  • runny nose / sneezing
  • diarrhea / upset stomach / nausea

Please also reschedule your appointment to a date that coincides with isolation requirements when deligated by AHS. Our clinic is pre-screening for the following terms:

I understand the above symptoms and affirm that I, as well as all members of my household, do

not currently have nor have experienced COVID-19 symptoms within the last 14 days.

• I affirm that I, as well as all members of my household, have not been diagnosed with COVID19 within the last 14 days.

• I affirm that, to my knowledge, in the last 14 days I have not been in contact with anyone who

has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

• I affirm that if I travelled outside of Canada in the last month, I isolated in my home for 14 days upon my return.

• I understand that, because massage therapy and other natural health practices involve maintaining prolonged and close physical contact, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19.

• I understand that this business and my practitioner cannot be held liable should I experience exposure to the virus or any other contagion.

A few more things...

Going to Arrive Late? 

We understand that traffic and work duties can't be avoided; a courtesy call if you are going to be late is always appreciated. (780)484-0401

If you arrive late, we may not be able to provide you with the entire session time you booked.

Clients who repeatedly arrive late may be asked to pay for the entire length of their session booked, even if their time is shortened due to their late arrival.

15+ minutes late with no contact and your appointment will be forfeited.

Please Leave Little Ones at Home

We love children; but they can be distracting to you, as well as our staff and other clients. Best to keep little ones at home; unless they are here for youth services. Older children who will quietly play on a tablet or colouring book you provide them are welcome to join you in the treatment room while you get your massage.

Booking Online?

Make sure you receive a confirmation email following your booking. Any troubles, call us at 780-484-0401.

Please book under the name of the person attending the appointment.
